- You must create an account to access all features of the Zavapay Platform. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. Fake names or Fake details is prohibited

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Zavapay Platform for your personal and non-commercial use only.
- You agree not to engage in any unauthorized use of the Platform, including but not limited to: modifying, adapting, reverse engineering, or attempting to access the source code of the Platform; interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform; or accessing the Platform in order to build a similar service or copy its features.

4. User Conduct
- You agree to use the Zavapay Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate the rights of others;
- Transmit spam, viruses, or other harmful code;
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities;
- Impersonate any person or entity;
- Collect or store personal information of other users without their consent.

5. Transactions and Payments
- The Zavapay Platform enables users to purchase internet data, airtime, pay bills, and convert airtime to cash either as an agent or for Personal use
By engaging in transactions on the Platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Zavapay and its payment partners.
- Zavapay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any transaction or payment feature on the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content and materials available on the Zavapay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Zavapay or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Zavapay Platform without the express written consent of Zavapay.

7. Privacy Policy
- Your use of the Zavapay Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination
- Use of fake names or Fake details is prohibited and your account will be terminated. Ensure you use your legal name.
- Zavapay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate our policy without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform will cease immediately

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Zavapay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zavapay makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Zavapay be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Zavapay Platform.

11. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms
- Zavapay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
